Our mission is to become an ever evolving and open source toolbox to intervene in industrial systems to create positive change
We are constantly developing new tools and approaches in response to unique and complex challenges. Our intention is to robustly test these models before open sourcing them, in the hope they can help others.

A tool that utilises existing knowledge, online searches, and key documents, structured by the PESTLE framework, to quickly establish a shared understanding about a complex system.
Stakeholder Mapping
A visual and analytical tool used to identify and understand the influence, power, and relationships of key actors to facilitate coordinated action and systems transformation.
Systems Boundary
A tool that defines the conceptual line separating what is inside and outside the scope of a transformation initiative, an essential step at the start of analysis.
