Our mission is to become an ever evolving and open source toolbox to intervene in industrial systems to create positive change
We are constantly developing new tools and approaches in response to unique and complex challenges. Our intention is to robustly test these models before open sourcing them, in the hope they can help others.
At present we have 7 tools in the toolbox - 4 that work at an industry level and 3 that work at a programme level.

A tool used to identify high impact potential areas, and interventions to tackle them, in a system, that could create catalytic or step changing effects for systemic change.
Desktop Research
A tool that utilises existing knowledge, online searches, and key documents, structured by the PESTLE framework, to quickly establish a shared understanding about a complex system.
Stakeholder Mapping
A visual and analytical tool used to identify and understand the influence, power, and relationships of key actors to facilitate coordinated action and systems transformation.
Systems Boundary
A tool that defines the conceptual line separating what is inside and outside the scope of a transformation initiative, an essential step at the start of analysis.
Systems Mapping
A visual and communication tool used to analyse and intervene in a system, which helps understand the structure and the “rules” of the system and why it performs the way it does
Systemic theory of change
A tool used to describe the plausible routes that lead to systems transformation and impact in complex environments and collaborative settings, through identifying synergistic effects between interventions.
