Simone is Communications Lead at 103 Ventures. With over 15 years’ experience in strategic communications, she specialises in crafting narratives that translate complex ideas into compelling public engagement, particularly across climate, social justice and sustainability.

As founder of SOD Studio, she has led storytelling and communications strategies for mission-driven organisations worldwide, from grassroots movements to global nonprofits and UN agencies.

Simone brings a values-led approach to narrative development, helping organisations communicate with clarity, coherence and care. Alongside her consultancy work, she facilitates climate communications workshops and is a regular performer in the Berlin stand-up and improv scene.
