Shweta is a seasoned program manager and systems designer with a decade of interdisciplinary expertise in decarbonization, climate justice and aerospace. An engineer by training, with a graduate degree in Environmental Sciences & Policy from Johns Hopkins University, Shweta has managed high-impact, state-wide campaigns across non-profit, public sector, and technology enterprises working with clients such as Building Decarbonization Coalition, TECH Clean California and AIRBUS.

Since moving to the English countryside in 2024, Shweta enjoys star gazing and spending time in nature with her partner.
