Liam Orme
Associate Project Manager & Specialist Researcher
Liam is a strategist and policy researcher with a background in economics, a commitment to co-design practice, and a curiosity for the levers that drive systemic change.
His recent work focuses on the role of public investment, digital transformation, and institutional capacity-building in enabling rapid decarbonization and inclusive economic development. This includes delivering projects for the Just Transition Finance Lab at the LSE Grantham Research Institute, The World Bank, the United Nations Development Programme, as well as the University College London Institute for Innovation and Public Purpose.
Previously, he served as a Senior Policy Analyst with the Government of British Columbia and co-founded the University of British Columbia (UBC) Climate Hub.
