Laura is a systems practitioner who joins 103 from Reimagined Futures, the specialist systems mapping consultancy.

She is well versed in systems thinking and systems change initiatives, and the tensions of balancing complexity, emergence and systemic approaches with the needs and drives of organisations, administrations and investors.

With a background in Translation and Global Studies, she brings a passion for people as agents of change.

She will support all pilots in a project management capacity.
