Jules is an experienced sustainability adviser having worked with many of the world's largest companies, in various government roles and with NGOs and think-tanks. He has also founded a number of social businesses and NGOs including a sustainable bank and the NGO Share Action.

In addition to his work with 103 he is a Senior Adviser WBCSD, a NED with Ethex, on the board of a philanthropic foundation and of an Indian charity The Cycle and an Advisory Board member of the Institute of Sustainability.
