Associate Director

Emily is a systems practitioner, transpersonal coach, facilitator, and connector of people and ideas, with expertise in psychology, complexity theory, research, and innovation.

Emily's experience spans sectors such as regenerative food systems, cancer prevention policy, legal curriculum design, homelessness response, community investment, and financial reform.

She focuses on guiding organizations in structural and cultural change towards social and ecological equity.

Emily is a certified Warm Data Lab host (International Bateson Institute), an alumnus of Oxford University and Schumacher College, and a fellow of On Purpose, Huddlecraft, and St Ethelburga's Centre for Reconciliation and Peace.
