Charmaine is a sustainability strategist with a focus on climate positive initiatives and regenerative economics.

Her past projects and clients range from being a sector co-lead in the UNFCCC High-Level Climate Champions systems transformation team, working with international development organisations through the Accenture Development Partnerships, and advising clients such as Santander, Nordea, Tata Group, BP, and Aker Horizons on various decarbonisation and circularity projects.

Outside her advisory work, she is a ceramic artist, rewilder, and DJ.
